This is probably the best family hotel, where everything is very thought out from the smallest details to the global ones!!!!! I travel a lot, both with and without children. And I can definitely say that we will return here. It’s hard to surprise my children, but they said that this is the best hotel. The children's spa is amazing. food, rooms, location....... The mini zoo is cool..... And it’s so convenient that the hotel has inside ski equipment for rent. The ski trainer picked up the children directly from the hotel, the service was very good...., just pay attention to the room category. Luxury rooms have a category of bed linen and towels that is much higher than in simple rooms, for me this is important, but maybe you not. The Austrian restaurant is very tasty, I recommend ordering duck a day in advance. Delicious. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We booked in to use the pools and saunas for the day. It was stunning and relaxing! I absolutely loved it. I would come back here all the time if I could! They have many different pools at different temperatures to pick from. You get a robe and slippers. All the showers are so lovely. Many places to lounge and sit. You can order food and drinks to your loungers. You can even go to the Japanese restaurant in your robe. I would love to stay at the hotel one day. It was clean and quiet even with a few kids hanging around. You get access to a refreshments bar.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. What a paradise this resort is. Everything is perfectly arranged. We spent a day at the spa here and were kindly helped by all the employees. You can notice that good service is number 1 here. This is a place where we will definitely come back and we can definitely recommend!
